Koh Phi Phi

Koh Phi Phi is an island about an hour and a half away from Krabi, Thailand. Phi Phi island is known as the party island, there are many tourists on this island and tons of different activities to do there. Our first day we were on this island we explored the city and figured out what we wanted to do.
We came to this island by ferry and got a burn on the ferry, we didn't get a sunburn on the beach later that day though. When we got in we found out we need to pay to get into the island for a clean up fee (only 20 baht, but it was weird).

This was our first view of the island. It is such clear blue water and really warm water! Most of the buildings on the island were blended in with the trees and there weren't that many because it was a really small island. Instead of needing to get in a car or ride a bike everywhere, we just needed to walk!

Later that night after exploring the island a little bit we hiked to the Phi Phi Viewpoint to watch the sunset. PeePee is how Phi Phi is pronounced.

The island was so pretty! This was one side of the island and we were staying in a hostel and the other side of the hostel.

This part of the island is what everyone sees most in pictures on the internet, magazines, etc.

Someone told us that we should be grateful because there were actual clouds that night. Usually there are not any clouds and it is just the circle of the sun going behind the mountains. The sunset was really pretty over the ocean and the cliffs in Koh Phi Phi.

Right after the sun went down we started to go back to our side of Phi Phi, it was so dark so we used our flashlights on our phones. It was also really steep and sandy, so we kept slipping and almost falling.
That night we found that our hostel was right next to a bar and since it is the party island there was a loud base when we were trying to sleep. Most of us didn't get a lot of sleep the two nights we were at this island.
